Elly and Gunar Grubaums live and work in Zionsville but do business from Greenwood to Noblesville and from Fishers to Danville.  Their family attends AdventEvangelicalLutheranChurch in Zionsville. They actively sponsor Zionsville sports: Zionsville Youth Soccer, Boys and Girls Club Basketball, and Zionsville Little League. As members of the F.C. Tucker Executive Club, the Grubaums are multi-million dollar producers and rank in the top 14%of real estate agents in the country. Gunar has been a resident of Indianapolis since the age of 10. Elly moved to Indianapolis from Los Angeles in 1993. As a team, they offer exceptional real estate services to all their clients. Furthermore, they donate $300 of their commission to the SycamoreSchool after closing a Sycamore referral. Likewise, they donate $300 of their commission to AdventLuthernChurch after closing an Advent referral. Gunar is proud of serving 27 years in the US Army as a Combat Signal Officer and Public Affairs Officer with specialty in Armed Forces Radio and Television Station Mangement. Gunar retired as Lieutenant Colonel in 1990.  Elly received her MBA with a specialty in Marketing and Finance from the University of Southern California.
